Order processing

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Processing and estimated delivery information is provided during checkout and may vary by destination, product availability and peak periods.

Shipping rates and promotions

Available shipping services, charges and any active free-shipping promotion are shown at checkout before payment. Checkout terms take precedence over promotional banners if an offer has changed or expired.

Tracking your order

When tracking is available, we will email the tracking details after dispatch. Carrier scans can take a short time to appear after the label is created.

International orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Selin Jewels and, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility.

Address changes and delivery problems

Please review your shipping address carefully before checkout. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible at selinjewelsofficial@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.

If tracking shows an unusual delay or delivery issue, contact us with your order number so we can help review the shipment with the carrier.
